DREAMSPLUS Private Limited excludes any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance, fitness for a particular purpose of any of its contents, hosted on any of DREAMSPLUS servers, unless otherwise specified in writing.

DREAMSPLUS Private Limited will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business projects, or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use any of its contents, hosted on any of DREAMSPLUS servers.

You indemnify DREAMSPLUS Private Limited of all claims, conflicts or legal proceedings arising out of all information, date, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or any other material (“content”) posted on the website or privately transmitted. You undertake the sole responsibility to take necessary actions under such circumstances. This means that you, and not DREAMSPLUS Private Limited, are entirely responsible for all content that is present on your website, posted or transmitted via the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that material on your side (hosted by DREAMSPLUS Private Limited) complies with International and National Laws.

DREAMSPLUS Private Limited reserves the right to add or change the terms and conditions as and when required without giving any prior notice or assigning any reasons thereof and it is your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms of accessing this service. Changes made by us will be deemed to have accepted, if you continued to use service thereafter.

The Company Products enable the Users to learn via live and recorded instruction, tutoring, and learning services through our proprietary Software. The Services include, without limitation, facilitating and hosting Courses, and taking feedback from Users.

You understand and agree that these Terms are agreed to in consideration of your use of the Company Products and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged.

The Company Products are new and subject to change at any time. We are continually looking to improve the Company Products but if you are at any time dissatisfied with the Company Products, then your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Company Products.

By using the Company Products or communicating with us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Company Products. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Site or sending an email to you.

We have no mechanism to control comments/discussions posted on the Site and, as such, we cannot guarantee in any manner the reliability, validity, accuracy or truthfulness of such contents. You also understand that by using the Site you may be exposed to Submitted Contents which you may consider offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against any and all claims, notices and actions that you may have arising out of your access or use of any Submitted Content.

Those who choose to access or use the Company Products from other locations, including from outside India, may do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Access to or use of the Company Products from jurisdictions where the contents or practices of the Company Products are illegal, unauthorized or penalized is strictly prohibited.
The company has the right to change the course duration at all times. We cannot guarantee the course mentioned dates in the site are taken as scheduled dates. This is subjected to change due to various reasons.
